The Trust
Based on the exclusion of communities in rural areas from the mainstream economy and political discourse. The trust has been founded by the Member of Parliament for Jwaneng Mabutsane to bring an inclusive and sustainable development model to the rural communities. The trust shall empower the local communities, to assist them in becoming economically independent, and to provide a better future for their children. It is a social endeavor that aims at sustainable development of disenfranchised communities in remote areas by providing and facilitating access to basic education and skill training in vocational trades. We aspire to be a catalyst for sustainable social growth in communities where we operate. Our vision is to create a world of inclusion and equality by providing access, opportunities and support to the underprivileged.

Our Mission
The vision of the trust is to stand as an advocate of inclusion for otherwise disenfranchised communities. It shall do so by way of leveraging lobbying platforms in parliament, motions and questions, workshops and educational training platforms.
The Founder
Honorable Reatile is the Member of Parliament for Jwaneng-Mabutsane. Reatile is an esteemed member of Parliament who has been in office for over twenty years. His time in Parliament has allowed him to stay on top of community development issues and keep up with its growing needs. Hon. Reatile was elected to the Parliament in the year 2004 and has been fighting for the people of his constituency with utmost dedication since then. He has raised several issues which affected the lives of the people in his constituency and the country.
